The Accelerated Holistic Program
This is a 6 week program, full of powerful tools and sessions that are one-on-one and completely tailored to your needs!
It includes IFS therapy, healing sessions, life-coaching, Biodynamic breathwork & trauma release, yoga therapy, and self-healing tools; all in one program!
It is intensive and holistic, so you will experience a difference in your life much quicker.
Depending on your needs, this program will include the following:
• Internal Family Systems Therapy: A compassionate approach that helps you understand and heal your inner “parts,” allowing your authentic Self to lead with clarity, calm, and confidence.
• Wellness Life-Coaching (to achieve your goals and address limiting beliefs/ obstacles)
• Emotional Release tools (to release emotions stuck in your body)
• Bio-Dynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release (a powerful system of healing through breath, movement, touch, sound & meditation).
• ThetaHealing (to release negative emotions, beliefs, and past traumas from the subconscious mind)
• Access Bars (to release negative beliefs, clear and make more space in our head).
• Pranic Healing- including crystal healing and Prana Psychotherapy (to work on a deep level on cleansing and energizing your chakras- energy centers, to feel better physically and emotionally)
5 Elements Yoga Therapy:
You will find out about your more dominant elements and whether there are imbalances or weakness in certain elements. Then based on your needs, you will receive:
• Yoga poses (to balance the energy channels of the body, release energy and emotional blocks, strengthen and heal the body including internal organs)
• Pranayama (breathing techniques to release energy/ emotional blocks, and heal the body and mind)
• Meditations (therapeutic to release anxiety and depression, heal the psyche, help concentration, and spiritually evolve)

About me:
I am a Trauma-Informed Wellness Practitioner, Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma release facilitator, and yoga teacher. Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Human Rights Law, but my education continues till this day.
I started my healing journey in 2001 and am still learning and growing until now.
Emotions are often stuck energetically in our muscles and tissues. So, through healing techniques and yoga, we set ourselves free from the (energetic) baggage we’ve been carrying around for years.
The exciting fact is that all these techniques are universal, in the sense that they release negativity and enhance the body and mind’s own capacity to heal.
